Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@ave-wear.ch with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Defective goods
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@ave-wear.ch within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
