Terms of service

1. Scope


These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through ave-wear.ch, operated by Simon Schwegler, Schachenstrasse 6, 6020 Emmen, Switzerland ("AVE", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and orders


All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. AVE reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes a binding purchase agreement under Swiss law.

3. Shipping and delivery


AVE products are produced in small batches and shipped from our location in Switzerland. We offer two shipping options:

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days (CHF 4.90, free for orders over CHF 80.00)
Express delivery: 1-2 business days (CHF 7.00, free for orders over CHF 80.00)

AVE currently ships to Switzerland only. Orders with shipping addresses outside Switzerland cannot be processed.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Payment


We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments, TWINT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns


You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@ave-wear.ch with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. Defective goods


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@ave-wear.ch within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. The restocking fee does not apply to defective or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual property


All content on ave-wear.ch, including text, images, logos, motifs, and product designs, is the intellectual property of AVE / Simon Schwegler and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability


AVE's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights under Swiss consumer protection law.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require a different jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at ave-wear.ch/policies/terms-of-service. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published. Last updated: May 2026.
